I’ve always naturally gravitated toward music as my go-to choice of media, and this year, I’ve found a way to listen to even more of it than before! I call it my Music Window of the Week.

Music and I are married. I would die for music, and music would die for me. I don’t know what I could possibly type to convey how much I love music, so those two first sentences will have to do.
I always feel ridiculous when I say that I want to consume more media. Most people are leaning away from that. Everyone wants to put down their electronics and go analog, and probably rightfully so. I’m kinda the same way, sometimes, in certain aspects. But I do love engaging with things. Being in the know about pop culture. Reading new books, watching popular shows, seeing a film a year…
I am not that good at consuming new media.
I rarely play new games or watch new movies, but I try to watch new anime and other shows a few times a year, and I’m pretty decent with that. I try to stay on top of reading…
( I’ve been doing well so far this year. I’ve only read one book at the time of me writing this, and it’s February – but in my defense, I write so much that I find it hard to find the time to read, and I have read an insane amount of Substack posts this month, so I’m happy!)
But with music, it’s totally different. I don’t have to try (as much) – I’m just eager to do.
