It was the year of health scares for those that I loved, me coming to terms with mortality, consistency (part 1) – having breakdowns every day, without missing even one day, and consistency (part 2) – having 12 to 16-hour workdays 6, sometimes 7 days per week.

And don’t get me wrong, creating my brand was the best decision of my life – I know that right now, even before it’s launched – because it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done and it’s forced me to be consistent with building something for over a year. And now I know I can do anything I set my mind to!
