Hi! I'm a music writer, narrative storyteller, and the founder and editor-in-chief of World Of. My work spans music, artists, fandom, and audience connection, and I'm always interested in the stories that exist beyond the music itself: the creative decisions, experiences, and communities that shape artists and their work, as well as the worlds artists are building around their art.

I love music of all genres and can vibe with pretty much anything, though my favorite genres are alt/indie, K-Pop/pop, pop, and hip-hop. Some of my favorite artists include BTS, Beyoncé, and Megan Thee Stallion, but I have a million faves. I'm no expert, but I love getting into the production of a song when writing about it - and I like to call myself a visual listener because music rarely exists as sound alone inside my head. As soon as I hear music, my mind automatically starts turning it into movie scenes and entire little worlds playing out as I listen!

I'm passionate about creating more space for independent and emerging artists whose stories deserve thoughtful coverage even before the rest of the world knows their names, as well as connecting fans with potential new faves! As someone who's spent more than half her life in fandom spaces, I know how important fan communities are to the people within them, and I believe helping people find their new favorite artists can also open the door to finding love, support, friendships, and a sense of community they otherwise may not have found. That's part of the reason I do what I do!

Outside of World Of, I'm the founder of MQTWorld, where my work spans artist storytelling, narrative writing, fan engagement, content strategy, and creative support. I'm getting into PR and would like to further study marketing, graphic design, and Korean. When I'm not writing or listening to music, I'm playing games, manifesting, or watching sports.
