What Is Saturation in Manifestation?
In simple terms, saturating your mind means repeating your new story—your affirmations, thoughts, images, and emotions—until it becomes your dominant mental reality. You flood your inner world with your desired version of events, leaving no room for the old, unwanted assumptions to sneak in.
The goal is to completely fill your mind with what you want until it feels familiar, true, and natural.
A saturation session is a dedicated block of time where you immerse yourself in your new reality—the version of life you’re manifesting. You can saturate for ten, thirty, or sixty minutes or for hours at a time. Whatever suits you!

Why People Play Subway Surfers While Saturating
For more than a year, saturating while playing Subway Surfers has been a go-to for manifesters who want to keep themselves busy while having their saturation sessions! Many people enjoy robotic affirming or having rampages while saturating, but that doesn’t require a lot of mental power—especially robotic affirming.
You can robotic affirm while doing anything since it doesn’t take a lot of effort, and since it’s something you can do while doing other activities, it can feel boring to just sit and stare at the wall or twiddle your thumbs while doing it.
So, to keep themselves entertained without taking too much of their attention away from their affirmations, people have started playing Subway Surfers since it’s a visually stimulating game that can keep their hands busy but not difficult enough to distract them from affirming.
It can also act as a sort of challenge. You may set a rule that you can’t stop affirming until you surpass a certain score!
Why Games Can Help With Saturation
You may be wondering how or why games could help with saturation. The answer is simple!
They’re fun to play. And if you have fun during your saturation sessions, you’ll have them more often. The more you saturate, the better.
Some people view saturation as a boring, tedious task that they don’t enjoy doing. This is because they treat it like a chore instead of making it enjoyable! You do not have to sit and do nothing while saturating. You can absolutely make your saturation sessions more fun, and playing games is just one of many ways you can do that.
Additionally, if you have ADHD or require extra stimulation during saturation sessions, playing games can help you stay focused and entertained. I know that for me personally, I need something to keep my eyes and hands busy while I saturate, and I find that I have an easier time focusing on my affirmations while playing games.
But be careful about which games you play while saturating!
Avoid These Games While Saturating
There are certain games that you’ll want to stay away from while saturating. I tell you this as someone who used to think it’d be a good idea to play PUBG during my saturation sessions…
Needless to say, most of the time, I would end up focusing mostly on the game. Hours would go by, and I would end up realizing that I repeated my affirmations just a few times. I kept telling myself that I could multitask and that I wouldn’t get distracted, but I was lying to myself.
You want to make sure you’re only playing games that won’t actually distract you from saturating. Different people have different attention spans and multitasking capabilities, so that list of games will look different for everyone, but for the most part, you want to play games that don’t require a lot of brain power.
That means you’ll want to avoid:
🌟Interactive Story/Plot-heavy Games – These often require a lot of reading, thinking, and decision-making.
🌟Strategy & Action Games – These require a lot of thinking, planning, strategizing, and decision-making.
🌟Time Management Games – Leave the fast-paced cooking games alone while you’re saturating, friend! Trust me.
🌟Typhoon Games – Most of the time, these involve a lot of concentration, decision-making, include storylines, and become increasingly difficult as they progress.
🌟Any High-concentration Game, Whatever That Is For You – Like I said, everyone has different attention spans and multitasking capabilities. Experiment and explore to find which games work best for you versus which ones distract you. Avoid high-concentration games and any game that requires too much of your attention.
The games listed in this article are ones that I’ve personally found non-distracting. And, as a side note, many of them are newer (released within the last decade), but honestly, some of the easiest games to play are old Flash games! They’re not usually too difficult, but they are entertaining! I’ve listed a few in this article, but if you want to find more, you can read Nostalgia Time: I Still Play These Flash Games To Relive The Good Ole Days
Now, let’s get into it! Here are 30+ fun games to play while saturating your mind!
30+ Fun Games to Play While Saturating Your Mind
Now that we know what saturation is, some ways to do it, and which games to avoid while doing it, let’s take a look at 30+ games that you can enjoy during your saturation sessions!
Nostalgic Games
Starting with my favorite category, here are some easy nostalgic games that’ll keep you amused while you saturate!
Hill Climb Racing
Hill Climb Racing is a classic game that many of us played back in the day! It’s a mobile, physics-based driving/racing game that is simple to play yet slightly challenging as you progress, so it’ll definitely keep you entertained.
In this game, you drive a little car over hilly terrain, and the goal is to go as far as possible without crashing or running out of fuel. As you go through the game, you’ll get to collect coins, upgrade your vehicle, and change the scenery, which keeps things interesting. Plus, it’ll become increasingly difficult to beat your distance record as you continue to play!
It’s one of my favorite low-effort saturation games, thanks to its 2D graphics that remind me of a simpler time.
Candy Crush
I’m sure we all know what Candy Crush is and played it back during the Candy Crush Craze of 2012!
This legendary match-3 puzzle game is a classic and remains one of my favorite simple games to occasionally revisit when there’s nothing else I wanna play during my saturation sessions.
It’s set in a colorful candy world, and the gameplay is all about swapping sweets to make matches and watching them clear from the board in satisfying bursts of color. It’s an easy game to learn, and I find the bright colors and cute sound effects to be peaceful.
Fruit Ninja
Fruit Ninja is an arcade-style slicing game that was on practically every phone/tablet in the early 2010s. It’s, again, super simple and easy to play.
Fruit gets tossed into the air on the screen, and you swipe with your finger to slice it like you’re a ninja with a sword.
The game has a few modes, but it’s mostly just about testing your reflexes and earning the highest score possible. It has no story or complex mechanics, so it doesn’t take a lot of concentration to play.
The colorful fruits, the cartoony slashes, and the sound of a clean cut all contribute to a fun sensory experience that can keep you entertained while you saturate.
Temple Run
For those hooked on Subway Surfers, Temple Run is another endless runner game, but with a different theme.
In this game, you’re an Indiana Jones-esque explorer who’s stolen a cursed idol from a temple, and you’re being chased by demonic temple guardians (evil monkeys).
You have to dash through an ancient temple, jump, make sharp turns, and slide to avoid obstacles. It’s not too challenging, but it gets more difficult as the game progresses, so it won’t get too boring.
Run 2
Run 2 is a free browser platformer game that many of you will probably remember playing on CoolMath during school days! It’s the sequel to Run, and in it, you control a little alien/astronaut running through a 3D space tunnel.
Your character runs along a path of tiles in a space void, and you have to avoid gaps to prevent yourself from falling and having to restart. You can also rotate the tunnel by jumping onto the walls, which then become the floor.
While it’s not that complicated, it is fast-paced and, at least for me, requires a bit more focus, especially as the game progresses. It may not be the best game to play during saturation for some, but for those who need a bit more of a challenge, it’s perfect.
Club Penguin (Rewritten)
A lot of you probably remember (and miss) Club Penguin, which was a super popular online social game for kids during the mid-2000s. In it, everyone played as cute penguin avatars in a snowy virtual world. It was essentially a hangout space filled with mini-games and fun activities, and for many people, it holds a lot of good childhood memories.
Unfortunately, the official game closed down in 2017, but due to preservation efforts, you can actually still play it! There are projects called Club Penguin Legacy and New Club Penguin that allow you to play the game and experience the nostalgia you’ve been craving!
Again, if you want to find more older games, you can read Nostalgia Time: I Still Play These Flash Games To Relive The Good Ole Days
To find your favorite nostalgic gaming websites, check back soon! The MQTWorld Blog will be filled with articles meant to help you rediscover your favorite memories from the early 2000s!
Webkinz
Webkinz is a virtual pet and world game tied to a line of plush toys from the late 2000s. If you had a Webkinz stuffed animal, you’d enter its code online to “adopt” the pet in the Webkinz World. Then it would become a routine to check on your pets, play arcade games for KinzCash, and decorate your pet’s house.
The game is very cozy and has a colorful town where your pet can roam, with shops, a school, and lots of mini-games to play.
Webkinz Classic (as it’s called now) is still around, and you can play for free without having to purchase a plushie now! Perfect for when you want a super cozy saturation session.
Emulator Games
If you’re looking for a way to play more nostalgic games while saturating your mind, you can revisit old console games on mobile devices by using an emulator, or purchase an emulator device.
Last year, I purchased a handheld device that resembles a Game Boy and came pre-loaded with thousands of classic games. I use it mostly to play old Bratz and Nintendo DS games, but the gaming library is extensive, so there’s something for everybody.
These older games, with their 8-bit and 16-bit graphics, chiptune music, and easy-enough challenges, keep me busy for hours. I love playing them, so I always end up saturating for way longer once I pick up my device!
Honorary Mentions:
Some of my favorite nostalgic games to play during saturation sessions include:
🌟Wedding Dash
🌟Ranch Rush
🌟Sticky’s Mixmaster
🌟Wizards of Waverly Place: Quest for the Stone of Dreams
🌟625 Sandwich Stacker
🌟Kim Possible Shopping Adventure
🌟Game of Life – Path to Success
🌟Monster High Pom Pom Panic
🌟Bratz Model Makeover
🌟Holly Hobbie: The Hey Girls Muffin Maker
🌟My Scene: Snip N Style Salon
🌟Sally’s Spa
Old Flash Games
As you can tell, nostalgic games are really good for saturation. These older games are usually the perfect combination of simple, relaxing, fun, and challenging. Flash games, in particular, pair really well with saturation since these quirky, creative mini-games usually have simple controls and short gameplay loops.
Games like Bloons Tower Defense, Papa’s Pizzeria, or Fireboy & Watergirl will keep you busy without distracting you. If you’re wondering how to play them now that Adobe Flash ceased operations in 2020, the answer is simple: find a flash preservation website! There are many of them, and a lot of them have thousands of games.
I use the Internet Archive to find websites like Agame and GirlsGoGames—which, yes, still exist today, but aren’t the same. So, I like to revisit the older versions of them that still have my favorite Flash Games using the Wayback Machine!
Flashpoint Archive is another great resource since it has over 200,000 Flash games! Odds are, if there’s one that you’re looking for, they have it.
Cozy Games
I find nostalgic games to be some of the coziest, but there are, of course, other cozy games that you should definitely consider playing during your saturation sessions!
Animal Crossing
We’ve all likely heard of Animal Crossing by now. It’s one of the most popular Nintendo games today!
It’s a laid-back life-simulation game series famous for its real-time, relaxing gameplay. You live in a village (or on an island, in New Horizons) populated by cute animal neighbors, and you basically get to live a virtual life at whatever pace you like.
You can decorate your house, go fishing, plant flowers, and do other super domestic activities. It’s a slice-of-life game that’s all about relaxation, and playing it can feel therapeutic!
Animal Restaurant
Animal Restaurant is an adorable idle simulation mobile game where you run a little cottage-like restaurant in the forest that’s staffed by cats and visited by all sorts of other cute animal customers.
It has a charming hand-drawn art style and a very cozy atmosphere. While playing, you can uncover sweet little stories from your customers, learn recipes, serve dishes to your customers, earn cods (currency), and save up for restaurant upgrades. You can also decorate your restaurant with different styles of furniture!
Perfect for eliciting a sense of peace during your saturation sessions.
BTS In The Seom
I wish I could grab everyone reading this article and shake you until you understand how peaceful this game is. A lot of non-BTS fans have discovered and come to love it, but it still doesn’t get the recognition it deserves as one of the coziest games out there right now! Lots of BTS’ ARMY play it, but for every million people who know about and love playing it, there’s, like, five million more that I need to find out about it expeditiously!
BTS Island: In the SEOM is a story-rich mobile puzzle game—essentially a match-3 puzzle game (similar to Candy Crush) combined with a lighthearted island adventure narrative.
The BTS members (as adorable cartoon avatars) have crash-landed on a tropical island (“Seom” means island in Korean), and you help them build out their island paradise.
The game is full of fan service, like inside jokes that ARMY will understand and cute interactions between the (cartoon) members that often resemble real-life occurrences. But even if you’re not a die-hard BTS fan, you’ll love this game if you’re looking for something super relaxing.
You can do the puzzles (which is what I mostly stick to while saturating) and collect stars, which will allow you to complete tasks and decorate the island. Doing these tasks allows you to progress in the storyline, see new cutscenes, unlock new parts of the island, etc.
Soon, you’ll have created your own beautiful island completely from scratch! It’s really fun to watch it grow, and both the music and the graphics are extremely soothing, so I enjoy playing this game during my nighttime saturation sessions—although if I get too cozy, I will end up falling asleep, so beware of that when you play.
The Sims
The Sims is a classic life simulation game where you control virtual people (Sims) and guide them through everyday life. You can build and furnish houses, take care of Sims’ needs, and create any kind of life story you want.
While it can be super chaotic (since the gameplay mostly depends on you), it can also be super cozy! You can enjoy creating dozens of detailed Sims characters (my favorite), building your dream home, simulating a peaceful family life, or exploring any other area that captures your heart.
You can play The Sims on PC and Mac devices as well as Xbox and PlayStation.
Stardew Valley
Stardew Valley is a beloved farming and life-sim RPG that many people are obsessed with! You can play it on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, Android, and IOS devices, too.
In it, you inherit your grandfather’s old farm in a quiet town and get to live the simple life: growing crops, raising animals, fishing in the river, mining in caves, and befriending the townsfolk.
The game has pixel art and a nostalgic vibe, but with tons of modern improvements. It’s extremely relaxing to play because you can focus on farming or spend days just exploring and doing whatever you like.
You can do everything at your own pace in this game, making it a low-pressure, fun experience.
Cozy Grove
Cozy Grove is a charming life-sim and hidden-object game that was released in 2021. It is also available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Android, and IOS devices!
In this game, you play as a Spirit Scout camping on a haunted island populated by friendly ghost bears! By helping these spirits with their daily troubles, you gradually bring color and life back to the island. The game is meant to be played a little bit each day, which makes it perfect for short and sweet saturation sessions.
Minecraft (Creative Mode)
Many people grew up playing Minecraft, and it’s still an incredibly popular game today!
In Creative Mode, you have unlimited blocks and no threats, allowing you to build anything you can imagine without worrying about survival. This mode of Minecraft is incredibly cozy and relaxing because it strips away challenges and lets your creativity run wild. You can literally spend an afternoon just building a cute cottage by a lake or anything else you’d prefer.
You can also enjoy listening to Minecraft’s soothing music while building and saturating your mind.
Honorary Mentions:
A few more cozy games that are great for saturation include:
🌟Cat Mart: Cute Grocery Shop
🌟Cat’s Mansion
🌟Campire Cat Cafe
🌟Tsuki’s Odyssey
🌟Kuma Sushi Bar
🌟Rooms
🌟MapleStory (not exclusively a cozy game, but can be cozy)
Low Effort Mobile Games
I love playing low-effort mobile games when I don’t have the time, patience, or capacity for anything else. Here are some of my favorites!
My Hotel
My Hotel is a casual idle hotel management game that lets you become a virtual hotel tycoon. You start with a tiny motel and gradually expand it into a luxury resort by adding rooms, facilities, and services!
As guests check in, you earn money and reinvest in upgrading your hotel. That’s basically what the majority of the game comes down to! Although I mentioned staying away from tycoon games earlier, this one is an exception since it’s low-effort but scratches the itch for progress without demanding too much attention.
1010
1010! is a simple yet addictive block puzzle game played on a 10×10 grid. The goal is to strategically place Tetris-like blocks on the board to create full straight lines, which then clear out and score points.
There’s no time limit or level progression, but if you run out of space and fail to clear out blocks, the game will end and you’ll have to start over. As you keep playing, it will become more and more challenging to beat your previous score.
Goods Sort
Goods Sort is one of my favorite sorting puzzle games! It’s like organizing a store shelf, where you shuffle around a variety of cute products (snacks, drinks, toys, etc.) to match them up and clear the clutter.
There’s no heavy strategy needed, and the (many variations of) Goods Sorts games have become some of my favorite mindless forms of gameplay during saturation.
Water Sort
Similarly, the Water Sort game is a popular color sorting game that involves test tubes filled with multi-colored liquids.
Each level gives you a set of bottles that contain layers of different colored water, and your job is to sort the colors so each bottle has only one color of liquid in it.
It’s simple enough but can be challenging, so it’s perfect for unwinding and saturating while giving yourself a little brain workout.
Krispee Street
This is one of my favorite games to play when I wanna zone out and become hyper-focused on my inner world. While it does take a certain level of concentration to find objects, I find that it really helps me focus on my affirmations, too. (Must be the ADHD brain!)
Krispee Street is a whimsical hidden-object game based on the Krispee webcomic. Each scene is a bustling, doodly neighborhood packed with quirky characters, and your job is to spot specific characters and items from a checklist.
AA
AA is a super minimalist tap-timing game where you have to fire numbered pins into a spinning circle without colliding with the pins that are already stuck there. It starts slow and easy, but gets increasingly difficult as you progress.
It’s just engaging enough to keep you amused without stealing too much of your focus.
Pac-Man
This arcade legend really doesn’t need a lot of description! We all know about and have played Pac-Man at some point. Don’t sleep on it when it comes to using it as a form of entertainment during saturation sessions.
Jigsaw Puzzle Games
I’ve been enjoying getting back into doing puzzles lately! I enjoy doing physical jigsaw puzzles, but if you don’t have any or don’t want to buy one, you can also find and complete these puzzles online or with apps!
It’s a classic, relaxing pastime, and you can find puzzles in all sizes. If you’re new to solving puzzles, you can find 20 – 50-piece puzzles to enjoy, or if you want more of a challenge, you can find puzzles with 1000+ pieces.
Coloring Games
I love coloring while saturating! It’s soothing, fun, and can even act as a tool for nervous system regulation. I prefer using physical coloring books, but if you don’t have any right now or just prefer digital coloring, you could definitely find a good coloring app to enjoy using during saturation!
Honorary Mentions:
Here are a few more low-effort mobile games that are great for saturation sessions:
🌟Tetris
🌟I Love Hue
🌟Going Balls
🌟Bus Escape: Traffic Jam
🌟Hexa Sort
🌟Flow Free
🌟Piano Tiles
🌟Stack
🌟Fun Race
Roblox Games
Finally, let’s look at some nice Roblox games you can play while saturating!
Dress to Impress
Dress To Impress has been one of my favorite games since I first started playing it last October. In fact, I’ll even credit it for getting me back into gaming since I’d completely stopped playing mobile and all other games for a long time before playing it!
DTI is a fashion competition game where you create the best outfit based on a theme and then vote on each other’s looks. It has frequent updates—previously monthly, now weekly—and tons of new items are being added all the time, so you always have something new to look forward to.
There are all kinds of elements in this game, from quests, lore, obbies, redeemable codes, and more. There are different server types—like regular, master, and pro servers—and even Discord servers dedicated to helping you find other adults to play with so you can enjoy fair voting, custom themes, and unique game styles.
There’s also style-showdown, which is an even more challenging game mode and, in my opinion, the most fun! But for saturation sessions, I recommend playing in Free play mode.
I personally get super distracted and lock in while trying to get dressed within the 3-6 minutes allowed in the other game modes. If I don’t want to end up focusing entirely on my outfit instead of my affirmations, I have to keep myself contained to free play—which is fine because free play is super fun, too!
It’s not necessarily cozy, but definitely can be. I enjoy playing at night after lighting a candle, putting on relaxing music, and cozying up in bed.
Supermarket Simulator
Supermarket Simulator is a first-person store management game where you get to run your own grocery store! It’s pretty repetitive, but I don’t mind it, and it doesn’t take too much thought.
You grow your supermarket over time by keeping the shelves stocked with food and ensuring you price it as high as possible without upsetting the customers. Then, you use the profits to reinvest in the store. Rinse, and repeat!
It’s multiplayer in the sense that other players have their stores in the same world, but each of you focuses on your own thing.
It’s a super fun option, for sure!
Berry Avenue
Berry Avenue is a popular Roblox roleplay town game similar to Brookhaven or Bloxburg, but it has its own flair! It provides a cute suburban city environment where players can live out slice-of-life scenarios.
My favorite thing to do is honestly just driving around, but you can visit places like the cafe, school, beach, hospital, and more—or you can get a house and decorate it.
While you can certainly roleplay with others by forming a family or hanging out with friends in a group, for saturation session purposes, it’s best to stick to exploring the town on your own.
Brookhaven
Brookhaven RP is currently one of Roblox’s most popular role-playing games! It provides a modern city setting where you can get a house, drive cars, and live your dream life every day.
It’s pretty similar to Berry Avenue, and great for those who enjoy creating a virtual life for themselves!
Bloxburg
Bloxburg is another hugely popular Roblox life-sim game, often considered Roblox’s version of The Sims. Unlike Brookhaven, Bloxburg has a bit more simulation depth! You can earn money through jobs, build your house from scratch, and manage your character’s mood.
The game features a day/night cycle, functional furniture (you can actually cook, sleep, etc.), and even bills to pay—all without being too high-stress.
Grow A Garden
Grow A Garden is a viral game that’s recently skyrocketed in popularity. Some people love it, some hate it, and some who are living under rocks (like me) have not played it. But from what I can understand, Grow A Garden is a gardening simulator where you plant seeds, harvest crops, and grow your own virtual garden.
It’s low-stakes and entertaining enough to have tons of people in a chokehold, so if you haven’t played it yet, consider giving it a try during your next saturation session.

Here are a few more Roblox games that are great to play during saturation:
🌟Aesthetic home design games
🌟Spa experience games
🌟Pet Cafe Tycoon
🌟Mystic Grove Tycoon

FAQ
What exactly is a saturation session?
A saturation session is a block of time dedicated to immersing yourself in your desired reality using affirmations, inner conversations, visualization, or other manifestation methods. You’re “flooding” your mind with the new story until it feels like your dominant truth.
Will games distract me from affirming?
Not if you choose the right ones. Low-effort, cozy, or repetitive games are best because they require minimal mental effort. That way, your subconscious can stay focused on the affirming, rampaging, or visualizing you’re doing in the background.
Which types of games work best for saturation?
Games that are:
🌟Visually or emotionally cozy
🌟Low-effort or repetitive
🌟Not too plot-heavy or mentally stimulating
Are there games designed specifically for manifesting?
At the time of writing this article, I haven’t seen too many manifestation-specific mobile or PC games. I do think gamifying manifestation is fun and important (because it feels better to manifest when you make it feel lighthearted and playful as opposed to stressful and chore-like), so I’m working toward creating more manifestation games for the MQTManifest Shop.
