Visualization Prompts

You can use the 20 visualization prompts when you want to vividly experience a scene where your desire is already fulfilled. Visualize using all five senses—what do you see, smell, hear, feel, and taste? The more detailed and fun you make it, the better!

The visualization prompts are great to use during early mornings just after waking up, or before bed while you’re falling asleep because your subconscious is more receptive during these times. This is due to SATS (State Akin to Sleep). However, you can enter a state akin to sleep at other times throughout the day as well, such as when meditating or doing tasks that require little to no mental effort (such as repetitive chores, or while watching a familiar show!)

Of course, you can visualize at any time throughout the day, and you do not need to be in SATS to do it! Your visualizations can last for just five minutes, or you can spend five hours envisioning yourself living in your desired reality.
