A lot of people want to start practicing gratitude, but don’t know how or where to start. For some, life feels so difficult and unfair that they struggle to see what there is to be grateful for. For others, they can think of a handful of things to be thankful for, but no more than that, so having a daily gratitude practice feels difficult since they’re just expressing gratitude for the same things over and over again.
And for Law of Assumption followers who don’t “vibe” with Law of Attraction speech and ideals, finding gratitude products that aren’t soaked in LOA lingo is pretty much impossible, so they may have given up on searching for Law of Assumption gratitude tools altogether.
Which is a shame because practicing gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways for you to shift your mindset, and it doesn’t require hours of effort, money, or any elaborate routine. It just requires a few moments of your attention—and a willingness to focus on what’s already good in your life, rather than what’s missing.
In the Law of Attraction, gratitude is seen as a necessary and powerful tool for aligning with your desires and ensuring you receive them because it’s thought that by focusing on positive thoughts and feelings, you’ll attract more positive outcomes.
However, MQTManifest products are all based on the Law of Assumption, which states that whatever you assume to be true is true. In the Law of Assumption, there is no need to “raise your vibrations” to attract your desires or get to a “higher vibrational frequency” so you can “align” with them. Instead, you just need to assume you are the person who already has the things you desire, and—as always—your assumptions will play out in your 3D reality.
But if that’s the case, then why is it still so important to express gratitude as a Law of Assumption follower?
Well, because when you take the time to reflect on the things you previously wanted and now have, it starts to become easier to understand and accept that you can have the things you want—even if they seem far away or impossible to “get.”
Plus, expressing gratitude for the things you already have tends to make you feel good, which is always the goal.
For all these reasons, I’ve created the Big Book of Gratitude! It’s a Law of Assumption tool intended to make expressing gratitude feel easy!
Keep reading to figure out how to best utilize this resource.
What Is The Big Book of Gratitude?
The Big Book of Gratitude is a dedicated space for appreciating the things you have. It was created to make it easier for those who want to have a gratitude practice to start one, even if they previously didn’t know where to start.
The Big Book of Gratitude can be used as a manifestation tool, allowing you to express gratitude for the things you want as if they’re already yours (because they are!) as well as reflect on the things you’ve already received and manifested, and understand that it is fully possible for you to have the things you desire, no matter how “impossible” it may seem “to get” them.
However, this book can also be used by those who aren’t interested in manifestation and simply want to start a consistent gratitude practice.
The Big Book of Gratitude is ultimately a great gratitude practice tool for beginners who need guidance when first starting out on their gratitude journey, and those who have been practicing gratitude for an extended period and are looking to upgrade their gratitude routines.
It’s a great resource for:
🌟Noticing the small (and big) things that you may usually take for granted.
🌟Inviting more gratitude into your life.
🌟Accepting what you’ve manifested so far.
🌟Staying in a state of “having” instead of lack.
🌟Regulating your emotional state.
🌟Reinforcing the idea that your desires are possible (and inevitable).
Whether you’re using it as part of your manifestation routine or simply want to feel better day-to-day, this book was made to help you align with a more empowered, grounded version of you.

How to Use Your Gratitude Journal
Start Where You Are
There’s no wrong time to start a gratitude practice. You don’t have to wait until you “feel good,” have something exciting to report, or have just manifested something major. In fact, some of the best times to start up a gratitude practice are when you feel like there’s nothing to be grateful for—because that’s when shifting your focus really changes everything.
Start by writing down anything you can appreciate in that moment:
🌟“I’m grateful for the chance to reset today.”
🌟“I’m grateful I have a place to write.”
🌟“I’m grateful that this moment doesn’t define the rest of my life.”
By doing this, you’re training your brain to see what’s already there instead of focusing on what’s not.
Get Gratitude Ideas
If you’re in a place where you feel like it’s impossible to find anything in your life to be grateful for, look through the things listed in this book, and you’ll see how much there truly is to be grateful for.
Journal about these things daily, answer the prompts, and allow them to inspire you to come up with things to be grateful for on your own!
Learn and Explore
I’m someone who’s naturally very curious, and I enjoy conducting research for fun. If you can relate to that—or would like to—and happen to enjoy going down the rabbit hole of learning about new niche things, you can use the Big Book of Gratitude to assist you in doing just that!
You’ll learn some intriguing facts that you likely didn’t know before while going through this book, and there’ll be plenty of topics for you to take deep dives on! Plus, while expressing gratitude, you can ask yourself why you should be grateful for certain things, and take the time to learn about the history behind them, or consider why life would be drastically different (and oftentimes much worse off) if we didn’t have them.
You’ll find that doing this will add to your fun, make the book feel even more interactive, and make you even more appreciative of certain things.
Figure Out What You Want Versus What You Don’t
Whether you’re using this book for manifestation purposes or not, it’s a great resource for realizing what you want Versus what you don’t. With over 1000 things to be grateful for listed within the Big Book of Gratitude, you’re bound to come across some things that don’t resonate with you.
For example, you may find that “I’m grateful I have the house of my dreams!” does not resonate with you, but why is that? Is it because you’re staying in an apartment with a roommate that you hate? Maybe you previously thought you were fine with your living situation, but seeing this on the gratitude list may have made you realize that you actually would like to be able to relate to someone who can say they have the house of their dreams.
Or perhaps you’re already living in a lovely home, but you don’t feel satisfied. Why is that? If you take the time to reflect on it, maybe you’ll find that it’s because you would prefer a nomadic lifestyle that’ll allow you to live out of a camper while exploring the world, and you’d much rather get to express gratitude for living in said camper!
If that’s the case, then this gratitude list item has just guided you a step closer to clarity! Pay attention to the items on the gratitude list and how they make you feel. If they don’t resonate with you, ask yourself why. What is it that you’d want instead? Or is it that you do want what’s been listed but don’t feel you have it yet? If that’s the case, you can…
Manifest With Gratitude – Mix “Now” Gratitude with “Future” Gratitude
Take note of the things that you can’t relate to but want to.
For example, one item on the gratitude list is, “My supportive best friends,” but you may feel as if you don’t actually have any supportive best friends, even if you’d like to have some.
If that’s the case, then you can change your thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions surrounding this topic, script out a scenario in which you do have supportive best friends, and live in the end until you see your assumptions reflected in the 3D.
Think as if you do have supportive best friends and keep thinking from the perspective of someone who has supportive friends, no matter what. Go ahead and express gratitude for the supportive best friends you now have. Understand, know, and accept that you do get to experience having supportive best friends—and that the fact that you have them is already true for you right now.
Write down affirmations like, “I’m grateful I feel so safe and loved in my friendships,” “I’m so thankful I have such supportive friends now,” and “I’m beyond grateful to have friends that show up for me.”
You’re not trying to convince yourself—it’s not about forcing belief. You’re simply shifting your perspective and assuming that you have it already. As we all know, your assumptions create your reality, and therefore, whatever you assume to be true is true.
So, any time you come across an item on the list that you don’t feel you currently have, yet would like to have, begin thinking as if it’s already true for you, and stick to that mindset!

🌟“I am so grateful that I get to have a partner who loves, cherishes, and prioritizes me now.”

Final Thoughts
When you make gratitude part of your daily practice, you train yourself to look for what’s going right, and the more you notice what’s going right, the more will go right. What you focus on grows, so when you focus on gratitude, you bring even more things to be grateful for into your life.
And as your life begins to fill with an infinite amount of gratitude-inducing experiences, you’ll find yourself stepping into the identity of someone who receives with ease.
Using The Big Book of Gratitude is about more than filling a notebook—it’s about building a mindset. If you’ve been wanting to:

🌟Practice gratitude on a more consistent basis
Then this tool will help you do that.

FAQ
How often should I use The Big Book of Gratitude?
As often as feels good! Daily practice is ideal, but even 2–3 times per week can be powerful.
Can I use this even if I’m not manifesting anything?
Yes! Gratitude isn’t just a manifestation technique—it’s also a powerful mental health and mindset tool. Use it any time you want to feel more grounded and positive.
What if I don’t feel grateful?
That’s okay. You’re human. Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything is great. It means choosing to notice the good—even when it’s small. And on hard days, trying is more than enough.
What if Nothing is Showing Up Yet, Even Though I’ve Been Using This Product to Manifest for a Long Time?
If you’re asking this question, I can tell you exactly why it isn’t showing up: You’re not being the person who already has it. The version of you who already has it isn’t asking where it is. That person is busy enjoying it, living with it, knowing that it’s theirs.
Do you go to a drive-in, order food, pay for it, pull up to the window, and then start crying, second-guessing whether or not you’ll actually receive it, frantically looking around, and asking where the food is when you don’t see it within two seconds?
I really hope not.
You know you have the food, and you’re confident in the fact that you have the food because you literally just know that you have it. And you knew you had it the second you placed your order and paid for it, so you weren’t crying and looking around for it before it was handed to you.
Instead, you were chilling in the car, listening to music, scrolling through your phone, or talking to your family and friends while your food was being prepared. You could probably already taste it, and I’m sure you were already planning what to watch while you ate it, or even what to do after you did.
Stop frantically looking around, trying to figure out where your desire is, “if” you’re going to get it, and when. Understand that you already have it, enjoy living as the person who already has it, and have fun planning what you’re going to do now that you have it.
