Rampages are one of my favorite ways to manifest! This is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful manifestation methods there is, and a very quick way to manifest your desires. Having a rampage means flooding your mind with positive affirmations, which makes it a great method to use at any time, but especially during rough days when we feel like spiraling. As we all know, it’s essential to continue thinking in our favor, even when unwanted circumstances appear in the 3D—but it can feel extremely difficult to continue thinking in our favor when faced with our triggers.
As effective as rampages can be, this is one of many reasons why some people don’t have them. How can you have a rampage and pull yourself up out of a slump when things feel so heavy? And on top of that, a lot of people don’t have rampages for other reasons, like because they:
🌟Feel ridiculous or silly when trying to have one.
🌟Struggle to come up with affirmations on the spot and get “stuck.”
🌟Have trouble finding a good flow every time they try to have one and end up feeling awkward.
🌟Don’t know how or where to start.
🌟Simply just don’t know how.

What Is A Rampage?

Having a rampage means saying several different affirmations that all revolve around the same desire within a certain period of time. You may choose to have a ten-minute, hour-long, or five-hour-long rampage, for example.
Some people like to have rampages because they believe it raises their vibration and allows them to get to a higher emotional frequency, thus making it easier for them to align with their desire and manifest it.
In the Law of Assumption, vibrations and frequencies don’t really matter, as they aren’t the things that manifest—your assumptions are. But rampages, of course, are still a beloved method in the LOASS community because they can make you feel good, lead to a better self-concept, and get you into the state of the wish fulfilled fast. They can help you build momentum, get you hype, and finally make the fact that you are already the person who has your desires click.
Some things to keep in mind while having rampages:

🌟Say what feels natural to you, and what makes you feel good.

Let it Guide Your Rampage
While there are 20 pre-made rampages included in the book, you can also use some of the provided rampages or affirmations to guide your own rampage. Find the affirmations on your desired topic and use them as inspiration or refer back to them if you get stuck or feel unsure of what to say next.
You can also look through the affirmations and allow them to give you ideas for what kind of experiences you want to manifest if you’re unsure.
If you stumble upon affirmations that don’t resonate with you, take note of them and allow that to act as guidance toward choosing the right affirmations and desires for you.
Read One Rampage a Day
Start your morning or end your night with a rampage that matches your focus. Try to stay consistent and have at least one rampage per day—but you can also just pick up this book whenever it feels natural.
Get Yourself Out of A Slump
As mentioned before, this book is a great resource to refer back to on those days when our thoughts don’t align with our desires. Instead of allowing yourself to spiral into a negative loop of thinking against your desires, pick up the Big Book of Rampages and have a rampage until you feel confident, certain, or at least stable again.

Saturate
Use this book to help you saturate by including a rampage in your saturation session, or allowing these affirmations to help you step into character; Truly embody the version of yourself for whom these affirmations are true, ask yourself how that person thinks, feels, speaks, and acts, then do those things the way that version of you would.
You can also saturate by writing the affirmations in the rampages over and over again, having a scripting, visualization, or inner conversation session based on them, working through prompts inspired by them, robotic affirming them, or recording yourself reading them aloud and listening to the audio throughout the day and night.
Saturation is essential in manifestation. It’s important to ensure that you’re letting go of the old self and the old story and living as the new version of you who’s experiencing your new, desired reality. You want to ensure you’re spending your time living in the end instead of dwelling on past or seemingly “current” circumstances because, as we all know, what you focus on is what grows.
The more time you spend in the state of the wish-fulfilled, the better—and the more you saturate, the faster you’ll see results. But I know when I first started out, I didn’t know what saturation was or how to do it, and it seemed impossible to grasp the concept of it. Is it okay to repeat the same rampage more than once?
Absolutely. In fact, repetition can help reinforce the identity and state you’re shifting into. If a certain rampage hits just right, feel free to return to it again and again.
What if I don’t feel anything when I read the rampage?
That’s okay. Don’t force it. Just keep reading or looping the rampage you chose. Sometimes it takes a little repetition for your nervous system or mindset to catch up. Focus on the assumption behind the words: that it’s already done.
What if Nothing is Showing Up Yet, Even Though I’ve Been Using This Product and Manifesting for a Long Time?
If you’re asking this question, I can tell you exactly why it isn’t showing up: You’re not being the person who already has it. The version of you who already has it isn’t asking where it is. That person is busy enjoying it, living with it, knowing that it’s theirs.
Do you go to a drive-in, order food, pay for it, pull up to the window, and then start crying, second-guessing whether or not you’ll actually receive it, frantically looking around, and asking where the food is when you don’t see it within two seconds?
I really hope not.
You know you have the food, and you’re confident in the fact that you have the food because you literally just know that you have it. And you knew you had it the second you placed your order and paid for it, so you weren’t crying and looking around for it before it was handed to you.
Instead, you were chilling in the car, listening to music, scrolling through your phone, or talking to your family and friends while your food was being prepared. You could probably already taste it, and I’m sure you were already planning what to watch while you ate it, or even what to do after you did.
Stop frantically looking around, trying to figure out where your desire is, “if” you’re going to get it, and when. Understand that you already have it, enjoy living as the person who already has it, and have fun planning what you’re going to do now that you have it.
