If you’ve stumbled upon The Big Book of Rampages or joined any manifestation spaces recently, you’ve probably found yourself wondering what a rampage actually is and what having one entails. In this article, we’ll discuss rampages, how to use them, and why it’s a good idea to have them while manifesting your desires.
Keep reading to learn how to manifest using this powerful manifestation technique!
What Is a Rampage in Manifestation?
A rampage is a powerful manifestation method that entails flooding your mind with positive affirmations. Rampages are a passionate, free-flowing stream of affirming thoughts, statements, and beliefs that are spoken or written with a lot of intensity.
Rampages can be done spontaneously and often evoke strong positive emotions. Think of having a rampage as having a mental monologue where you’re hyping yourself up and soaking in the fact that you are already the version of yourself who has their desires.
Rampages can help you build confidence and feel certain that what you want is already done. Like giving yourself a pep talk!
During a rampage, you’ll say several affirmations that all revolve around the same topic or desire. For example, you may have a self-concept-centered rampage or a money rampage.
A rampage can last as long as you’d like, whether that’s for ten minutes or ten hours. Most commonly, they last between ten and thirty minutes.
Why Have A Rampage?
In the Law of Attraction, people like to have rampages because they believe it raises their vibration and allows them to get to a higher frequency, thus making it easier for them to align with their desire and manifest it.
In the Law of Assumption, vibrations and frequencies don’t really matter, as they aren’t the things that manifest—your assumptions are. But rampages, of course, are still a beloved method in the LOASS community because they can make you feel good, lead to a better self-concept, and get you into the state of the wish fulfilled fast.
They help you build momentum, get you hype, and finally make the fact that you are already the person who has your desires click. And they can be a game-changer for people who struggle with doubts, fears, and other negative thoughts.
Oftentimes, an unfavorable circumstance happens in the 3D or a pessimistic thought pops inside our head, and we end up spiraling down the rabbit hole of self-depreciating thoughts—and thinking against our desires, which is the exact opposite of what you want to do if you want something to manifest.
When you find yourself in a negative headspace, having a rampage can make a huge difference, uplift your mood, and prevent you from spiraling. By having a rampage, you can remain the version of yourself who already has your desire instead of slipping out of the state of the wish-fulfilled and refrain from entertaining negative thoughts. In other words, having rampages can help you maintain your mental diet!
Why Some People Don’t Have Rampages
As we all know, it’s essential to continue thinking in our favor, even when unwanted circumstances appear in the 3D—but it can feel extremely difficult to continue thinking in our favor when faced with our triggers.
As effective as rampages can be, this is one of many reasons why some people don’t have them. How can you have a rampage and pull yourself up out of a slump when things feel so heavy? And on top of that, a lot of people don’t have rampages for other reasons, like because they:
🌟Feel ridiculous or silly when trying to have one.
🌟Struggle to come up with affirmations on the spot and get “stuck.”
🌟Have trouble finding a good flow every time they try to have one and end up feeling awkward.
🌟Don’t know how or where to start.
🌟Simply just don’t know how.
So, how do you get past these issues and begin having consistent rampages?
You can take the time to find or create a long list of affirmations to refer back to whenever you need them and arrange them in an order that will allow you to have a natural-feeling rampage without having to think too hard about it. Or you could grab The Big Book of Rampages, which does all the hard work for you.

If you don’t want to buy it, I suggest taking a couple of hours or days to build a list of go-to affirmations, then organize them into rampages that you can refer back to anytime you need.
Why Rampages Work So Well
To reiterate, rampages are a really useful tool to have inside your repertoire because of:
🌟Emotional Intensity: A rampage builds genuine emotion fast.
🌟Identity Alignment: You step into the mindset of the version of you who has your desires already.
🌟Breaking Spirals: It’s an excellent tool for interrupting a downward thought spiral.
🌟Momentum: It creates a compounding effect of belief and certainty.
🌟Fast State Shifting: You don’t have to wait until you feel good—you talk yourself there.
🌟Saturation: Rampages are one of the best forms of saturation!
At the end of the day, the most beneficial thing about having rampages is the fact that they essentially help you saturate your mind with the belief that what you want is already yours, and we all know how important it is to saturate when we’re trying to live in the end.

When to Use a Rampage
You can have a rampage any time you want to, but here are some of the best times to have them!
During SATs
We are in a State Akin To Sleep (SATs) at various times throughout the day. Of course, we enter SATs as we’re falling asleep and just when we’re waking up, but we can also enter SATs when we’re relaxed and doing low-effort tasks such as washing dishes or folding clothes.
When we’re in SATs, our conscious mind begins to quiet, and the subconscious becomes more open and receptive, making it a perfect time to impress it with new beliefs.
Rampaging during this period can allow your affirmations to sink in deeply and can play a major role in rewiring the assumptions that shape your 3D.
When Triggered
One of the most powerful times to use a rampage is when you’re in the middle of a negative spiral. Maybe something happened that made you doubt yourself, feel rejected, or slip into an old story. Perhaps your 3D is showing you unfavorable circumstances, you feel emotional, or you woke up on the wrong side of the bed for no reason, and have a head full of doubts all of a sudden.
Instead of letting those negative thoughts or emotions run the show, start rampaging. This interrupts the cycle and flips your internal narrative fast and stops a spiral in its tracks. The goal isn’t to deny your feelings, but to take your power back through consciously chosen thoughts.
Before Big Events
Have an interview, performance, date, or another major moment coming up? Then it’s the perfect time to have a rampage!
Having a rampage beforehand can allow you to get into the state of the version of you who is already thriving in that situation, help shift anxiety into confidence or certainty, and prep your nervous system to expect the best!
When Planting New Beliefs
Rampaging is one of the fastest ways to move a new belief from “just words” to something that actually feels real in your body. Whether you’re working on your self-concept, reprogramming your beliefs surrounding love or money, or just trying to get used to a new identity, rampaging can help the belief take root.
The combination of repetition and emotional intensity is a powerful one, and it’s one that rampages can give you. So, let yourself speak or think freely about your new truth, letting it become more natural each time with the help of a good rampage!
Different Types of Rampages
There are three main types of rampages!
Spoken
Spoken rampages are one of the most common. During spoken rampages, you’ll essentially have a conversation with yourself, saying your affirmations aloud in a way that flows naturally.
While you can use pre-made rampages for help and read through the affirmations listed, you can also just say whatever affirmations come to mind as they pop into your head. Some people struggle to do this, but if you can, it works well!
I can only speak for myself, but I’m sure plenty of other people can relate: Saying affirmations aloud feels very powerful, and for me, it makes me feel more hyped than if I just say them in my head. Either way is totally fine, but there’s something incredible about getting to hear the words I’m saying out loud!
You can also record your rampages as a voice memo or other audio and refer back to them later.
Mental
If you don’t want to speak aloud, that’s completely okay! You can have mental rampages and just say your affirmations in your head. Just like with any other kind of rampage, you’ll say your affirmations as they flow into your head and mentally affirm whatever feels natural to you.
I’ve occasionally seen people ask whether mental rampaging is the same as having an inner conversation, and it’s not. People have also wondered about the difference between rampaging, focused affirming, robotic affirming, saturating, etc. If you’re wondering the same thing, take a look at:

Written
Written rampages are great, too! I find that they help me stay focused on my affirmations for longer periods of time, and in the time it takes me to write one, I have the time to think of ten others! Plus, when you write your rampages, you have them to refer back to later, during times when you find it difficult to have a rampage on the spot.
To have a written rampage, of course, all you need to do is grab a notebook and a pen, and write your affirmations as they come to mind.
How to Start a Rampage
Some people get tripped up by feeling awkward about not knowing how to actually start a rampage. Starting one is simple, though! You don’t need to overthink it—it’s just like starting a conversation with a friend. For your rampages, you can start them by using a jumpstart phrase like:
🌟“I love that…”
🌟“It’s crazy how…”
🌟“I always…”
🌟“Everything always works out for me…”
🌟“Of course…”
🌟“Lately I’ve been realizing…”
These openers help you ease into the state you’re aiming for.
Tip: Start with something that feels easy or almost believable, and then stack from there.
For example, you might begin with: “I love that things have been working out for me lately. It’s crazy how happy I feel right now. Every time I think something might go wrong, it actually turns out better than I expected…”
Let yourself build naturally and don’t filter, edit, or try to make it sound “right.” The more spontaneous it is, the more effective it becomes. You might say something totally random halfway through, or feel like you’re rambling, but that’s the point. You don’t have to take it so seriously! You can just ramble about whatever you want and have fun doing so.
You can also choose to use present tense affirmations—“It’s happening now,” “This is my life,” “I am…”—or past tense affirmations—“I remember when it used to feel hard…now it’s so easy,” or “It already happened, and it came so fast”—depending on what feels best to you.
Example Rampages
So, what does a rampage actually look (or sound) like? Again, it differs depending on person and preferences, and you can use whatever affirmations you like or do it in whatever way feels natural to you, but here are some examples of what a rampage may look like.
Dream Life Rampage
This rampage should put you in the mindset of already being the version of yourself who lives in your ideal reality. Whether it’s your dream job, lifestyle, relationships, or inner peace, you should talk about the things you desire and, of course, speak from the energy of “It’s already mine.”
“I just realized that I’m literally loving my life so much lately. I’m in love with my life! Every day I wake up feeling so lucky to be me. My life looks exactly how I always dreamed it would. I mean, I have everything I ever wanted and more. The money, the material items, the looks, the SP, the health, the friends, the family, the house, the car—literally everything is just perfect, and I can’t believe how incredible everything is!
I’m really living proof that you can have it all because the old version of me would literally never have been able to imagine living the lifestyle I live now and having the things I have now, but just look at me! Clearly, anything is absolutely possible because the way I’m thriving in every way right now is crazy, and frankly, it’s what I deserve. Why am I even surprised? Why would I not be thriving? I’m an amazing person, and I deserve all the happiness in the world, and everything and everyone knows it. I was always gonna win—there’s no way I was ever gonna live a crappy life that I didn’t want anyway because I’m a big deal, I’m a winner, and me losing was just not written in the cards. Everything always falls into place for me just like it should because…”
And so on.
Money Rampage
A money rampage can be used to help you shift from a scarcity mindset to one of abundance by affirming that money loves being in your life. Remember, you’re not “trying” to manifest money; you’re already the version of you that always has enough (and then some).
“Wow, I just checked my bank account…Money really loves me! Money always shows up for me. I swear, I can’t stop winning. Every time I check my account, there’s a new deposit in there. I don’t even know where all of it is coming from; I just keep getting random deposits and unexpected money coming out of nowhere and from all different directions. At this point, I’m not even surprised anymore because clearly, money just finds me. I love that I always have more than enough nowadays. My bank account just keeps growing, I keep finding random cash, I keep getting free gifts, winning giveaways, and rewards…
I even have opportunities chasing me down! I keep getting job offers, and each one is better than the last. I don’t even know what to pick, and I can’t even decide just by which one pays the most because they all pay six figures per year…I really love that I have a surplus of money and that I get to spend it however I want, knowing that it’s gonna come back to me multiplied times ten each and every time. I should be surprised, but I’m literally not, like, nobody deserves this as much as I do, and I was obviously made to live a life of abundance because…”
And so on.
SP Rampage
This kind of rampage is all about thinking from the version of you who is already loved, chosen, prioritized, and experiencing your desired relationship. You’re not pleading for love; you’re embodying the version of yourself who already has it.
“I keep thinking about my SP…Of course he’s in love with me… how could he not be? He’s literally obsessed with me. I’m always on his mind. He can’t go a day without thinking about me. I bet he’s thinking about taking me on a date right now. I wonder where he wants to take me? What should I wear? Should I go shopping for some new clothes soon? SP is always trying to take me out on dates, so I should really go shopping for some date-night outfits ASAP. It’s so funny, though. I bet I’m only thinking about him right now because he’s thinking about me. If I offered to pay that man a million dollars to stop thinking about me, he still wouldn’t be able to do it, bless his heart.
He’s constantly reminded of me in the smallest things. He checks my socials and rereads our messages all the time. He tells everyone about me, too. He’s so sweet! He respects me, cherishes me, and always puts me first. As he should. I’m so beautiful, so unique, so smart, so lovable—I’m everything. He’s genuinely so lucky to have me, and I’m genuinely so lucky to be me! Being me is literally the best. I’m basically perfect, I have the best luck, I have the life of my dreams, and I’ve manifested my SP—and it was so easy, too! I’m so good at manifesting the things I want. I always get whatever I want, and I just love that for me because I deserve it and I…”
And so on.
Create Your Rampage Ritual
Now that we’ve discussed rampages and how to have them, I should mention that I think creating a rampage ritual is a great thing to do! Now, don’t get me wrong, most of the beauty of rampages lies in the fact that they can be done spontaneously, especially when you’re feeling down and need something to uplift you. But at the same time, if you want to ensure you’re having rampages consistently, creating a rampage ritual is a great way to ensure you do.
As I always preach, manifestation and all manifestation methods, techniques, and practices you do should feel fun, lighthearted, playful, or relaxing—not like a chore or a task that you have to do. When you genuinely enjoy doing something, you’ll do it a lot more often than you will if it feels boring, tedious, or forced.
So, to make having rampages feel even more fun, think of creating your own personal rampage ritual. This can look different for everyone, but one of my favorite things to do is light a candle, turn on my manifestation playlist, get cozy under my blankets, and either write my rampage in my journal or say it while playing one of my favorite cozy games.
This is one of my favorite ways to saturate, and it feels more like self-care or a nice way to relax than like a manifestation method that I have to do in order to get something.
(And we all know we don’t have to do methods to get things because it isn’t the method that manifests, right?! Okay…Just checking in.)
Find what works for you and make it a (preferably relaxing or even exciting) part of your daily routine, then watch how fast your frequent rampages make a change inside your inner world—and then, of course, your outer one.

Common Mistakes When Rampaging
You may be wondering whether it’s possible to rampage “the wrong way” or make mistakes while having a rampage.
Rampages just involve saying affirmations as they flow into your mind, so there aren’t many ways you can mess them up, but at the same time, there are some things you should avoid when having rampages, such as:
Overthinking Wording
Don’t pause every few seconds trying to come up with the “best” phrase. Rampaging is not about getting the vocabulary perfect! It’s about building momentum. The most powerful rampages are messy, spontaneous, and emotionally charged. It’s okay to repeat yourself or stumble. It literally doesn’t matter; Just keep going.
Forcing Feeling or Emotion
It’s totally normal to feel neutral or even numb when you first start, especially when you’re having a bad day. Don’t try to fake emotions you don’t feel or force yourself to feel anything. Start small and let the feelings naturally build as you go.
Tip: Use grounding statements like “I love that this is becoming easier for me,” or “It’s safe for me to believe this now.”
Letting Resistance Take Over Mid-Rampage
You’re halfway through and your brain interrupts: “This is stupid. This isn’t even real.” That’s resistance, and don’t you dare allow it to talk you out of having your rampage.
A lot of people see resistance as a good sign that means you’re bumping up against a limiting belief that’s ready to be rewritten. So, don’t shut down. Acknowledge it, brush it off, and keep going.
Final Thoughts
Rampages cut through overthinking, fire up your belief system, and get you emotionally aligned with your desire. They help you stay in the state of the wish fulfilled, think from the perspective of you who already has it, and saturate your mind with the truth that it’s yours. Use them to shift your state in real time.
Try one today. Choose your topic and let the words flow! Even if it doesn’t feel natural at first, it will start to.

FAQ
How long should a rampage last?
As long as you’d like! You could have one for just 3-5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or longer.
What if I feel silly doing it?
That’s normal! The more you do it, the more natural it becomes.
How often should I rampage?
Consistency is key! Daily rampages are great—but if you only want to have them when you need a pick-me-up, that’s fine, too.
Should I script my rampages or freestyle?
Freestyling is powerful, but scripted rampages can be just as effective if they resonate with you. If you’re really struggling to think of affirmations on the spot, it’s totally fine to use pre-made rampages.
Can I reuse the same rampage daily?
Of course! Repetition helps instill belief.
What if Nothing is Showing Up Yet, Even Though I’ve Been Having Rampages for a Long Time?
If you’re asking this question, I can tell you exactly why it isn’t showing up: You’re not being the person who already has it. The version of you who already has it isn’t asking where it is. That person is busy enjoying it, living with it, knowing that it’s theirs.
Do you go to a drive-in, order food, pay for it, pull up to the window, and then start crying, second-guessing whether or not you’ll actually receive it, frantically looking around, and asking where the food is when you don’t see it within two seconds?
I really hope not.
You know you have the food, and you’re confident in the fact that you have the food because you literally just know that you have it. And you knew you had it the second you placed your order and paid for it, so you weren’t crying and looking around for it before it was handed to you.
Instead, you were chilling in the car, listening to music, scrolling through your phone, or talking to your family and friends while your food was being prepared. You could probably already taste it, and I’m sure you were already planning what to watch while you ate it, or even what to do after you did.
Stop frantically looking around, trying to figure out where your desire is, “if” you’re going to get it, and when. Understand that you already have it, enjoy living as the person who already has it, and have fun planning what you’re going to do now that you have it.
