You can manifest anything you want to, anywhere, any time, and you don’t need any apps to do it—but if you’re looking for some apps that might be helpful to you during your manifestation journey, keep reading to find 15 of the best apps for manifestation!
11 Of The Best Apps for Manifestation
Reminders
I am starting with the Reminders app because I think it’s underrated; utilizing this app is a great way to manifest!
You can set reminders to repeat your affirmations or take a few minutes to visualize or saturate daily. You can also set up affirmation reminders to pop up on your screen on random days and at random times throughout the week, month, or even your entire year!
This way, you’ll suddenly be exposed to your affirmations even if you’re not making the conscious effort to say them—and these can act as a great pick-me-up if you’re having a rough day. You’d be surprised how often past you can tell when future you might need a reminder that everything’s working out the way it should.
LoA
The LoA app is a really great one for robotic affirmation and saturation sessions because it lets you type in affirmations and click a button after each repetition. This way, you can track your affirmations and make affirming feel more interactive!
You can set a specific number of affirmations to ensure you’re meeting your affirmation goal each session, track your mood after affirmation sessions, and use the app to create vision boards, too.
You can even give each affirmation its own vision board (and category!), which makes it even easier to immerse yourself in your saturation sessions. Plus, you can add aesthetic filters (cinematic, vintage, etc) to photos in the app, which saves time since you don’t have to edit them elsewhere.
What I like is that you can see your session history and streaks — plus, you can back up your data and sync it across your devices, so you won’t lose your progress.
If you want to stay consistent with your affirmations, I definitely think this is a great app to try out.
Disclosure: This section is part of a paid collaboration. I tested the LoA app and included it because I think it may be helpful for readers interested in affirmation tracking, saturation sessions, and vision board tools. All opinions are my own.
Pinterest is a super popular app that almost everyone’s heard of, and it’s definitely beloved by the manifestation community. Pinterest has just about every kind of picture you can think of—most of which are super aesthetic—so it’s great for creating vision boards.
A lot of manifesters swear by the app and feel as if it’s one of the best apps for manifesting! I don’t disagree. Pinterest has positive vibes, and I feel inspired every time I scroll through the pictures I’ve pinned to my boards! Whenever I need a reminder of what I want for myself and my future, I head straight to Pinterest.
It’s a great tool to assist with creating vision boards or visualization in general! If you usually struggle with visualization, I recommend trying out Pinterest to see if looking at the images there will help get the wheels in your head turning. Manifested
The Manifested app is a newer one that emerged around April 2025, and it has already become one of the best manifestation apps out there!
It’s become an essential app for my saturation sessions. Perfect for tracking your robotic affirmations and the amount of time you’re spending saturating on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. It also includes helpful manifestation guides, audio looping features, and more.
The most beloved feature of this app is its auto-affirming feature. It tracks how many times you’ve affirmed without you having to track it manually. This feature allows you to set the average frequency at which you say an affirmation per ten seconds. Then, the app uses this information to automatically track how many times you’ve repeated your affirmations during saturation sessions.
The free plan is limited to tracking four affirmations only…But it’s still an excellent resource for tracking affirmations that you’re planning to stick with long-term! You can switch them out, too, but you’ll lose your affirmation count when you do, so be careful before deciding to switch them.

Parrot
The Parrot — Recorder and Looper app is an app that I swear by! With this app, you can record your own affirmations and loop them for as long as you want. You can use a timer to listen to them for a certain amount of time, such as for fifteen minutes or an hour, or you can just press play on your affirmation and allow it to play throughout the whole night as you sleep.
Recording your affirmations in your own voice is super effective, and that’s why I love this app so much. It’s also very convenient! Recording an affirmation only takes a few seconds, and then you can listen to it for as long as you want. Plus, you can record an unlimited number of affirmations, and it’s great to have them all in one app.
This app has helped me reprogram my subconscious and is one of my favorites to use during saturation sessions or even while scrolling through Pinterest, visualizing, or getting into SATS.

Counter
The app Counter Tally Count is an incredibly simple app that comes in handy when it comes to saying your affirmations or having saturation sessions!
Basically, the purpose of this app is to keep a tally, so if you have a goal for how many times you want to repeat your affirmations each day or week, you can use this app to keep count.
This app is similar to the Manifested app, but offers a lot less. However, if simplicity is what you’re looking for, this app is still a good choice.
I personally enjoy using the Counter app during my saturation sessions because it gives me something to do with my hands, even while keeping me focused on visualizing my desires, and I always feel proud when I get to see the number of times I’ve said my affirmations crawling up higher and higher.
If you’re attempting a 10k or 100k affirmation challenge, etc., this app will definitely be useful.
Journal
The Journal app is one I recommend for those who want to start journaling but aren’t interested in writing by hand.
Journaling is another very effective way to manifest. It can help you organize your thoughts, figure out exactly what you want, and express your feelings, all while releasing negative emotions to make room for more positive energy in your life.
But if you aren’t interested in this app, don’t be afraid to utilize another one. Tons of journal and diary apps are available on the App Store. If you have an iPad, you might prefer GoodNotes or Notability. You could also use Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or even just the Notes app. If having a super cute and aesthetic diary or journal is important to you, apps like Zinnia, Haema, MiniNote, or DailyLife are worth giving a try.
At the end of the day, it’s up to you to decide which app works best for you. I’d argue that it’s not necessarily the app that matters, just as long as you start your journaling journey!
ThinkUp
The ThinkUp — Daily Affirmations app is another excellent app for affirmations. You can find pre-made affirmations if you haven’t yet made your own, or you can create your own, record them in your own voice, and loop them for as long as you’d like. Even better, you can play your affirmations over music, which is great for meditation purposes!
Promise
Promise is a great app for mindfulness! There are numerous ways to utilize it for manifesting your desires. The app has affirmation and subliminal generators, plus an affirmation recorder.
You can play around with frequencies—such as 369Hz, 77Hz, 55Hz, 432Hz, etc—when creating your own subliminals, and also incorporate soothing sounds like rain, ocean, or other meditation tracks. You can also follow along with pre-made meditations.
Plus, you can also use the diary within this app to document your moods, thoughts, and feelings!
Insight Timer
This is another meditation app that offers guided meditations — this one has thousands of predominantly free guided meditations, plus tons of discussion groups where you can connect with other people.
Insight Timer offers a wide selection of ambient sounds to help you fall asleep more easily. If you struggle with insomnia or feel restless before bed, this app could be a big help!
I Am
The I Am — Positive Affirmations app is another great affirmation app. It offers affirmations based on just about any topic you can think of! Whether you’re looking for affirmations that promote positive thinking, self-love, and good health, or those focused on relieving stress, this app has it all.

Gaming Apps
Many of you may already know how effective gaming apps can be when it comes to having saturation sessions! Playing Subway Surfer is a super popular method to keep your eyes and hands busy while robotic affirming or saturating. This game is simple, easy, and fun to play. It’s engaging, but it also doesn’t take a lot of mental concentration, making it the perfect game to play while saturating.
If you’re someone who gets bored or restless while affirming or saturating, try finding something that doesn’t take your attention away from your affirmations, but that does keep you stimulated.
I personally enjoy playing Dress to Impress (in free play mode) and BTS In The Seom while saturating, since it’s pretty cozy. I’ve also played PUBG, nostalgic older flash games, jigsaw puzzle games, and Goods Sort games. Whatever keeps you stimulated but not distracted is fine!
Remember, saturating doesn’t have to be tedious—you can do it in whatever way works for you, and make it fun—because manifestation should feel lighthearted and playful, not like checking tasks off a to-do list or doing things out of desperation to get something.

FAQ
Do I Need to Use an App to Manifest?
Of course not. You don’t need to do anything aside from understand that you already have it in order to manifest.
What is the Best App for Manifestation?
Whichever one suits your needs and preferences best. You’ll have to explore different options to see what works best for you!
What if Nothing is Showing Up Yet Even Though I’ve Been Using A Manifestation App and Manifesting for a Long Time?
If you’re asking this question, I can tell you exactly why it isn’t showing up: You’re not being the person who already has it. The version of you who already has it isn’t asking where it is. That person is busy enjoying it, living with it, knowing that it’s theirs.
Do you go to a drive-in, order food, pay for it, pull up to the window, and then start start crying, second-guessing whether or not you’ll actually receive it, frantically looking around, and asking where the food is when you don’t see it within two seconds?
I really hope not.
You know you have the food, and you’re confident in the fact that you have the food because you literally just know that you have it. And you knew you had it the second you placed your order and paid for it, so you weren’t crying and looking around for it before it was handed to you.
Instead, you were chilling in the car, listening to music, scrolling through your phone, or talking to your family and friends while your food was prepared. You could probably already taste it, and I’m sure you were already planning what to watch while you ate it, or even what to do after you did.
Stop frantically looking around, trying to figure out where your desire is, “if” you’re going to get it, and when. Understand that you already have it, enjoy living as the person who already has it, and have fun planning what you’re going to do now that you have it.
